We invite attendees to visit the EntroGen booth to learn more about our innovative NPM1 One-Step MRD Kit, a real-time PCR-based solution for the rapid, sensitive, and quantitative detection of NPM1 Type A, B, and D mutations in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The assay combines reverse transcription and qPCR in a single step and achieves a sensitivity of 0.001% (5-log reduction), enabling efficient monitoring of minimal residual disease (MRD).
