What instruments are our tests compatible with?
Compatible instruments are listed in the IFU. The majority of tests are agnostic to the instrument.
What is the shelf life of my kit?
The expiration date can be found on kit box label and can be found on the Certificate of Analysis
How many samples can I test in each kit?
The number of tests per kit varies between products. The number of tests per kit can be determined from the last 2 digits of the catalog number. An example is RAS-RT50 includes enough reagents for 50 tests including PCs and NTCs.
What tools do you have for analysis?
We have developed EntroGen Variant Analysis (EVA) for NGS assays and EntroGen PCR Analysis Softare (EPAS) for certain PCR assays.
What is included in each NGS kit?
Included in every kit are:
- Target enrichment primer mixes

EntroGen’s DNA Fragmentation Quantification Assay is available upoon request for DNA sample kits.
Library Quantification Kit for Illumina® is also avaliable upon request for all NGS kits.
