The identification of NTRK gene fusions is crucial, as samples with these alterations have shown exceptional responses to Trk inhibitor therapies which block Trk signaling to suppress tumor growth.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"1531\" class=\"\">The NTRK Fusion Gene Detection Kit is a real-time qPCR-based assay designed for the rapid and sensitive detection of 65 known NTRK fusion variants from FFPE RNA samples.
