Mutations in the BRAF, KRAS, NRAS, and HRAS genes are frequently found in thyroid cancer, the most common endocrine malignancy in the United States. These genetic alterations play a key role in tumor initiation and progression, helping to distinguish malignant thyroid tumors from benign nodules.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Thyroid Cancer Mutation Detection Kit uses real-time PCR to accurately detect somatic mutations in the BRAF, KRAS, NRAS, and HRAS genes, even in samples containing a mixture of mutant and wild-type DNA. The Thyroid Cancer Mutation Detection Kit is a qPCR assay designed to detect key thyroid cancer mutations with high sensitivity.<\/p>\n
