The assay covers 286 amplicons with an average size of 153 base pairs, ensuring comprehensive sequencing coverage across the targeted exons. Integrated indexing (500 and 700 series) and adapter ligation steps prepare enriched libraries for sequencing on Illumina\u00ae platforms.<\/p>\n<p>The kit includes reagents for target enrichment and library construction. The assay is compatible with DNA extracted from blood, fresh frozen, and high-quality FFPE tissue samples, and is designed for use on Illumina\u00ae sequencing platforms. Genomic DNA from FFPE tissues can be extracted using <a href=\"https:\/\/entrogen.com\/web4\/product\/purena-genomic-dna-isolation-kit\/\">EntroGen pureNA\u00ae Genomic DNA Isolation Kit<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This test includes reagents necessary for target enrichment, library preparation, and validated internal controls.
