Inside Sales and Marketing Support (SMS) Field: Diagnostic Oncology Products
The person in this position has a primary responsibility for customer communication related to domestic prospect’s product inquiries. Participation in development of marketing collateral, marketing calendar and product messaging is required. Travel to exhibits and marketing events to represent EntroGen to target leads generation will be needed. The position involves a “from time to time” product assembly function in order for SMS to understand product components and their function. The SMS position requires daily physical presence in the Woodland Hills, California office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct indirect field sales activities directed at oncology care diagnostic professionals such as pathologists, clinical laboratory scientists and laboratory supervisors.
Promptly follow up on inbound inquiries and show leads.
Participate in trade show activities.
Maintain accurate up-to-date CRM records in ACT software.
Effectively communicate product value and differentiation to prospects.
Conduct briefings and presentation for small audiences.
Participate in product assembly activities as required from time to time.
Proven ability to multi-task and to interact effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
Superior oral and written communication skills
Ability to travel three to four weeks per calendar year within the USA and Canada.
Must possess above average computer skills.
